About Frank's Collision and Paint Shop

What originally began in 1946 in Johnson City, NY as a converted ice cream shop has turned into a full-service automobile restoration, auto body repair and auto painting business. The operation was started by Terry's father after he returned from WWII. To this day, Frank's Collision and Paint Shop is still family owned and operated by Terry and his two sons.

This small-town, family-owned business has been through it all. After being hit with two floods and catching fire, the operation could have easily closed its doors and given up. Instead, the family banded together and fought the odds, establishing the business as a strong and stable enterprise within the community.

For almost 80 years, people in Broome, Tioga and the surrounding counties have expected the auto collision repair, paint and restoration team at Frank's to provide "a bang up job on a banged up car."
